Why are some VoIP packets dropped?

Sorry if this is a dumb question. I've searched all I can without finding an answer.

I have ASG 7.501. I use a VoIP program called Ring Central. Everything works, but every time I start a call, I see two entries in the Packet Filter Log:
Default DROP UDP 208.87.41.27:***x -> 71.194.86.17:5061
Default DROP UDP 192.168.2.101:5061 -> 208.87.41.28:5091

208.87.41.xx is one of Ring Central's servers (they have at least 6-8 different ones).
192.168.2.101 is my computer.
I don't know who/what 71.194.86.17 is.

Why would these be dropped every time? And does it matter, if the calls are going through? I would think that, if I have the VoIP settings all correct, no packets should be dropped, right?

Thanks for any help, or for pointing me in the direction of some documentation on this topic.
