Why would it be that with the HTTP Proxy active, I can browse any web site I can think of, but if all I do is turn that off (and reconfigure my computer to NOT look for a proxy), I can surf some web sites, but not others? Nothing changes in the packet filter, literally the only thing I'm doing is toggling of the HTTP proxy. Doesn't make any sense to me. Seems that it should be an all or nothing situation. Or am I way off base here?
