firewall locked me out

Hi,

i have a big problem with one ASG120. The Firewall seems to lock all connections (WebGUI, Remote-Access via Shell,...). We have connected a Monitor & Keyboard to this box - and see that the box is booting fine (no errors except lcd4linux - but on this box it is clear that the lcd4linux is failing... [;)] ). 

We checked also ifconfig - the right ips are configured. But we have no way to ping the box or connect to the internet. Is there any shell-command that reset's the firewall to "permit all" (or any other way to reset)? We have full shell-access (loginuser & root-Access).

    Mike, if you have a recent, unencrypted configuration backup, put it on a USB key and reboot the device.  That only sets the config back to the backup date, and does not affect any data files.

    Does that solve your problem?

    Is there is also a way without the usb-drive? Because i'm sitting in Germany and the astaro-box is in the ukraine... [[;)]] (if not ok - i can manage to send the backup to them per mail and reboot it... so after all it is a good reason to have a good night [[;)]] )
