Port forwarding help ASG220

Hello, 
My company is using an Astaro 220, and I need help getting a port forward to work on port 2000 to our DVR system for remote viewing. The only way I have been able to get it to work so far is througha VPN tunnel to our network through the Astaro, but i need to be able to simply launch the DVR control panel with the correct address set up and have it view our cameras without having to dial the VPN connection. I have attached a screen cap of my Generic Proxy settings and Packet filter rule, as modeled off of another post in this forum. My DVR service is set up as 

TCP/UDP 1:65535 → 2000

The Packet Filter rule is an any-any running the DVR sevice. 
Any help would be appreciated.

    I would say the "standard" approach for a server is DNAT instead of proxy (which should be deactivated if you use the following):

    Traffic Source:  Any 
    Traffic Service:  DVR
    Traffic Destination: External (Address)

    NAT mode: DNAT (Destination)

    Destination: Evangel DVR
    Destination Service: [leave empty]

    Automatic packet filter rule: [checked]


    If you have a FQDN for the server, then you also will want to add an entry in your internal DNS or the Astaro DNS proxy for 'FQDN->[IP of Evangel DVR]'

    Thanks for your help. I will test it out over the next couple of days. One more question though. In reference to the FQDN and adding it to my Internal DNS. How can I do this, do I chain my FQDN to the static IP for my company at the Global DNS page with a new entry, or am I looking in the correct place?

    Oops, I got caught up with the answer being inside the Astaro on my last question. I have since gone back to my Internal DNS, and added an entry under my FQDN.
