NAT over site-to-site-VPN does not work

Hi boarder,

we have a new site-to-site VPN and the other site will not see our private adresses.
There is only a ftp-connection over the VPN. The VPN does work, but no ftp-traffic comes through.
Can I to the following:
configure VPN with the public IP
AND
NAT for the internal IP with ftp-protocol, the source is then our public IP ?

Can I have one public IP as VPN-adress and NAT-client-adress through the VPN ?

The VPN-Partner will see on them ftp-Server only our public IP-Adress.

There comes no packet through the tunnel.

thanks
Adebar

Do you have a conflict between the IP subnets?
