Manual rule mod in IPS / Notify status appears to be backwards

Network Security » Intrusion Protection, Advanced Tab...

When adding in a "Manual rule modification", the "Disable notifications" option of the rule(s), when checked, indicates, after saved, as "Notify on".

Is this a error?

Which is correct?

There's some other discussions about this, but basically it's broken, and has been for a long time.

I believe that setting it to the opposite of what you want will work.
