We're experimenting with the notion of switching part of our outgoing calls to a VoIP provider. We're already using Asterisk PBS and therefore, it would need only a small configuration change.
Unfortunately, we tried the VoIP security tool of Astaro 7.306 and it doesn't seem to be working at all in the case of PBX to PBX SIP. Using a softfone directly to the SIP provider works, but Asterisk is unable to make any call and we have to pretty much open all the possible SIP port range to the firewall allow list.
Does anyone have any information about this before I open a ticket with Astaro ?
