how to add how enable my mail ip that astaro have block

hi guys, can anyone help  me to setup my astaro, i want to add my mail ip but i have try some method it didn't work,my mail is being host outside my network.i am new to astaro. pls some help

Your mail is being hosted outside your network.  Are you trying to configure the Astaro for everyone in the network, or just you?  Do you have an Astaro Mail Security subscription?  What version of Astaro?

And, I'm not sure what you mean by your "mail IP" - to what do you want to add it?

Thanks Bob. We run Astaro version 7. I discover i can ping my domain host but I cant seem to understand where to configure it to allow mails to be downloaded to my exchange box which also acts as my Domain Controller. We are configuring for everyone on the network.
We use popcon admin to download all mails from a catchall mailbox by our domain host. but each time we trigger mail downloads, it keeps saying access denied on domain host ip. I seem to think we need to allow access to that IP but I dont know how to get that done.

we also need to know how to allow some ip that astaro has specify as Top droped, and is also saying that intruction protection is not active. how do we create rule to manage our internet becos everybody on the network can browse if the by pass proxy on the internet explorer is mark.a and page like google is showing astara content blocked. thanks

Please give your precise Astaro version - 7.401?

You might be able to get rid of popcon and have the Astaro request direct email download automatically.

Please post a picture of "Top droped" and "instruction protection is not active" for us.

Do you have the HTTP Proxy in 'Transparent' mode?
