Need rule to connect to url with ports

Want to connect to:
http://office.rigadev.com:40006/WiSuiteWeb

but astaro gave me this error: 
Target service not allowed

What rule do I need to get this to work?

    Looks like you are using the Astaro proxy service.

    Create a definition for the port above and then add that saved definition to Allowed services in the Astaro Web proxy configuration.  (I think on the Advanced page).

    The site should then work ok.
