2nd LAN IP and Gateway for it...

Hey there - please excuse me.... I have been a Netscreen admin for 5 years - and I'm am quickly becoming adapt with Astaro products, but struggling with an issue of routing our VOIP (PORT 6600 Only) subnet to the Main Internal LAN..
The network looks like this:
 

 
I know it doesn't look ideal - it's just that in NZ and don't have great feasible fibre options available yet (or ever)....
All we need to have to have it do is have TCP port 6600 open and we will be away... and block the rest...
 
Am I correct in assuming that I could create a VLAN on the ASG220??
 
If so - I'm completely lost as I can't find any documentation to follow how I should be setting up this type of arrangement - and not sure on the correct configuration....
 
I would be so appreciative, if someone would be kind enough to document (or show me a document) with how to config this...

    Tell me if I understand correctly...

    You have an Astaro and two separate DSL connections.  Your phones and computers are all on the same physical LAN, but they are on different subnets.  You want to use the VoIP capabilites of the Astaro.

    First, I think you'll really like what you see when they get the bugs out of the current beta.  I'm not sure that you need a VLAN; just a second ASG port defined as .15.1.  Same with your VoIP DSL line; add another external interface.  If you want to do this before the end of March, you will need to look for threads here on Policy Routing and to search the KnowledgeBase for same.
