How to use 2 internets connections in the same time ?

I want to use 2 Internet connection in the same time, one DSL wish is not reliable, the other one DIA (framerelay) wish more reliable but slightly slower. First of all, is there a way to "add" the bandwidth ? Using link aggregation doesn't seem to work since it is more on the physical (or link) layer, and not the IP layer, am i wrong ?
Using primary and backup link seems an option however this doesn't work if i wanted to use 2 for backup (3 internet connections)
More than this i wish if i can choose the link with higher bandwidth, say one link is still usable but internet is so slow, it is preferable to switch to the faster link.
How to achieve all the above ?!

I think this might be a new feature Astaro is thinking about including in v7.4 (which is currently in beta).

My trainer in Germany told us during the ACA training (dec '08) that load balancing was a big item in the upcoming 7.4.

You might be better off with Policy Routing and using the two WAN connections for different things. Search on "Policy Routing" in the Astaro KnowledgeBase for examples of running HTTP traffic through one and email traffic through the other.
