Our network is setup to use the Web Proxy. If I bypass the proxy, I can get a QoS rule setup (and working great) to restrict web browsing traffic to 128 kbps. However, when the users are going through the proxy, the QoS rule does not work.
Is there any way to restrict the upper bandwidth limit of web traffic through the proxy with a QoS rule or some other way?
