Astaro and Asterisk

hey folks, I love astaro security, but i have failed in my attempts to make sip calls through it.  

I have read and re-read the posts on this site about the sip proxy, and dnat
and i still cannot get my asterisk box to work with Astaro.

I can get my broadvoice service to ring the phone, and i have call controll, but i do not have audio either way.

Does anyone have a working config of Astaro 7.***x and asterisk with sip trunk, and internal and external phone extention.

If i cant get this to work i may be forced to back to smoothwall

    Do you see any dropped traffic in the PF logs?

    Also, what is the communication protocol, H323?  Is the communication channel properly allowed or proxied?

    Thanks for the reply.  Sometime you must walk away from and issue before it becomes clear.

    under the packet filter rules i added a definition for RTP ports 10000:20000 and refined sip port to 5060:5082  and IAX2 4569

    After i modified the voip packet filter set up by the wizard with these port I was fine, got i to work

    Sip proxy is disabled Not used,   

    Next I will try to add my video Ports

    Although, I tried to do the same using DNAT but it did not work, is DNAT different than convention nat.
