problems with sip proxy

first... excuse me for my bad english  [:)]

    I have one problem with de sip proxy.....

I have one Asterisk (sip server) server in DMZ network of my Astaro and IP phones in internal network..

   My configuration in sip proxy configuration in astaro is:

                                SIP SERVER NETWORKS : VOIPSERVER (ip of asterisk 192.168.33.2)
                                SIP CLIENT NETWORKS: INTERNAL NETWORK (192.168.24.x)

Ok... in my IP phones (linksys and sipura) i have the IP of SIP server (the IP of Asterisk) but if i have disable the firewall rule of:

                    source: internal network   service: sip protocol   destination: ip asterisk

  the sip proxy not work and the calls not work.

   What is wrong in this schema  ?
