VLAN Problems

I have a Intel PILA8472 (dual Pro 100 PCI NIC) on my Astaro but for some reason only VLAN1 works, i.e., VLAN2's DHCP server doesn't work nor can any traffic on that network reach the internet. I am using a Netgear Smart Switch, I can add the model number later if that helps. 

NIC1: to cable modem [WAN]
NIC2: VLAN1 & VLAN2 [802.1q VLANS]

If I take the same switch and plug it into an Astaro ASG110 using the same configuration on the Astaro, everything works great.

I did some searching and found the following on the network card I am using.

Any suggestions?
