We need to know if it's possible like v6 version, not allocate band, but at parity of bandwidh give a major or lower priority to protocol over the all rest.
example
into a 1Mbit link we need to mangage smtp and pop3 with a lower priority and use all otherprotocol to best effort, so a download in pop3 of a big attachment don't have a negative impact on other protocol activity like ftp, or ssh.
