Redirect traffic based on IP

I have been hunting around and playing around and can not come up with anything that will do this. Is there a way to redirect all web traffic from a set of IP address to a specified IP?

Ie. All web traffic in the 192.168.5.*** range would be sent to IP 192.168.1.3? That way not matter what URL those machines in the block put into their browser they would only go to 192.168.1.3?

You can put a NAT rule in to do this.

Something like this?

Traffic selector:
DHCP Pool → HTTP → Any
Destination translation:
Web Serverl HTTP
Automatic packet filter rule turned on

Yes, but you don't need the service translation, just the destination. You might want to use the 'Web Surfing' services group instead of 'HTTP' in the traffic selector.

Got it to work redirecting. Now I just need to get the server to accept all HTTP traffic and display the page I specify..
