Changing HTTP(S) Request Timeout for ActiveSync and DirectPush

Getting EventID: 3033 on all of our Exchange Servers which points to the following article:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/905013

Activesync and Direct Push seem to work ok, but I'd really like to get rid of this error.  The article shows how to resolve the issue in ISA but where can I change the timeout for HTTP(S) sessions for our Astaro firewalls?

    If RRAS isn't installed, I don't think Outlook Web Access or Exchange ActiveSync can work, but both of these questions are unrelated to anything you can change in the Astaro.

    I am having the same problem.......

    "The average of the most recent [488] heartbeat intervals used by clients is less than or equal to [540].
    Make sure that your firewall configuration is set to work correctly with Exchange ActiveSync and Direct Push technology. Specifically, make sure that your firewall is configured so that requests to Exchange ActiveSync do not expire before they have the opportunity to be processed.

    RRAS has nothing to do with Outlook WebAccess or Exchange.  These are HTTP/HTTPS protocols.  RRAS deals with PPTP, IPSec, etc.  RRAS is not installed on ANY of my Exchange servers and the Client Access role works just fine without it.  

    The fact of the matter is, email is being synchronized between my exchange server and active sync clients, but this error message is filling up my logs (as well as others in this forum from what it seems).

    Bob, what your saying is that Astaro Developers have told you that the timeout is 4 days but there is no where to change it in the Astaro?
