Magicjack behind astaro

Hi

I have ASG120 and i want to using the magicjack it's a device you plugg it in your USB then you can call US and Canda for 20$ per year www.magicjack.com

but it didn't work when I'm using it in the office i can't because Astaro block the traffic could you please help me

I called Magicjack support they gave me these ports 5060 5070 UDP I opened those ports from Internal to Any allow but it didn't work
I'm wondering is there any ports i have to open

Did you look at the PacketFilter logs?

Do you already have NAT/Masquerading setup?

Yes I've a Masquerading  from Internal to external

and I have a DNAT

Traffic Source                   ANY
Traffic Service                  "5060 and 5070 UDP"
Traffic Destination             External WAN Address
NAT Mode                        DNAT
Destination Translation       MY PC
Automatic Packet filter       Enable

On the magicjack website, it says you have to redirect ports from 5060 to 5070. Please try that.
