Bad IM Rule..

Just upgraded to 7.201 a few days ago and it, or a rule downloaded after the fact, broke an FTP connection.  Specifically, my client would connect to the FTP server, receive no login banner, then get disconnected a few seconds later.  After hours of banging my head against a wall I noticed that the firewall was logging some IM connection events (IRC to be specific), which I have set to block.

Here is the log entry:

2008:07:29-10:25:50 (none) ulogd[2517]: id="2019" severity="info" sys="SecureNet" sub="packetfilter" name="AFC Block" action="drop" fwrule="60100" initf="eth1" dstmac="x" srcmac="x" srcip="x.x.x.x" dstip="x.x.x.x" proto="6" length="122" tos="0x00" prec="0x00" ttl="47" srcport="21" dstport="41336" tcpflags="ACKPSH "

Once I set up an exception for the client that needs to connect to the site, I had no further issues connecting to the site.
