Problem Rules(Network Security )

Hello,
I have a problem with the establishment of the rules.
Equipped with me are a 3 Interfaces (DMZ; DSL, network)
I always had a small web directly depend on the network and by masquerading on the Internet (DSL) connections. From a camera(network), every second 1 JPG photo on the Webserver(Network) via FTP uploaded. The super has worked without problems.

Now the Webserver depends on the DMZ. Rules, I have set:
Network (Network) -> Any -> Synoloy Webserver
Thus, the Web from the network to reach. Unfortunately, anything to connect slow, error messages because I occasionally get from the camera as
"Can not build data connection: Can not assign requested address."
"Action A0 for event E0 failed, status 1st Will retry for a while. "

What could be the reason? The combination camera -> Webserver can be used without inspection by the firewall. What should I do?

Have you looked at the packetfilter and IPS log?

Are you using the http proxy?

Do you have a masquerading setup for the DMZ?

Hello, sorry I only answer so late.
In the packet filtering and IPS log entries are not blocking the packets.
HTTP proxy and FTP proxy run in transparent mode.
Allowed networks: DMZ and network are registered

Masquerading Network (Network) -> DMZ Webserver

The proxy may be interfering with your webcam.

Try disabling or bypassing the proxy.
