website timing out only on astaro

I need someone to help confirm this.  For whatever reason, I am unable to get to the website: http://www.mypyramidtracker.gov

It seems that no matter how fully open I make my router, it will not process that website.  And that seems to be the only one.  It doesnt matter what PC I try it from... as long as I am going through astaro, it wont go.  I tried through proxy, no proxy, and nothing.  Like I said, no other website has the issue.  It consistently fails 100% with page cannot be displayed.  When I try it anywhere else, no problems.  Can someone check into this?

    What iam saying is if we watch  im/p2p log and hit this website it says it blocked due to bittorent so we can't call up that site. I agree it should have nothing to due with it, but it is what is blocking the access.

    I have even tried this with intrusion protection turned off and it still doesnt work.  or does disabling intrusion protection not really do anything?

    clearly, this is a bug in the astaro router.  I am not allowed to log support tickets since I am a home free user.  I realize that we are talking about a website that probably no one has heard of until this post, but how could you be comfortable knowing that there is some kind of bug in the router that you dont know what else it might be affecting?  If someone has a paid license, I would love it if you could test this yourself and then log a ticket when you see it is broken.

    It's working for me in 7.200.
    Have you tried disabling the http proxy or content filter?

    proxy is not enabled (i tried both ways) and content filtering is not enabled either. I think you are the only one who has it working. no one else does.

    Try turning off both the IPS AND the IP/P2P security together.

    Barry Foss says it's showing up in his IM/P2P log... I think that's the same as the IPS log.
    Have you looked at the IPS logs?

    Upgraded to 7.201; web site still works for me.
    I don't use IM/P2P security though.
    I am using the IPS.

    yeah... it was the IM monitor.  I turned it off and it magically started working.  Wow.  So what kind of bug is that?  Who would think that an IM monitor would halt http traffic?  So much for me stopping IM / P2P activity... looks like they must be doing something VERY sloppy for it to spill out like that.

    Hi there, 

    this is a known issue that the P2P layer 7 classification engine overblocks on some websites  which include the word tracker. 
    This has been found and fixed and will be released in one of the next up2dates.

    In order to workaround that, you can add a new network definition dns-group with the  webserver url. Than add it to the skip-list of the IM/P2P classifier.
