2 Wan links SMTP NAT to Barracuda

We have an ASG 7.04 with 2 wan links from different providers and 1 internal network. We have smtp NAT from an IP on Interface Wan 1 -> Barracuda spam firewall.  we would like to assign an IP that is on our Wan 2 interface to be our backup MX. I take this is a policy routing issue.

Currently Wan 1 is the Default Gateway

Wan 2 is only handling Site to Site VPN traffic.

What would we need to do? we are not using the SMTP proxy on the astaro.
