Please help with VOIP configuration

Since I updated to version 7.104, I am having problems with my VOIP services. I configured all port ranges and still
can not get the modem to connect to the SIP servers. Even when I open all ports, VOIP will not work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • There are no dropped packets in the log and I even tried opening all ports and still no connection to VOIP servers. Could there be a problem with the update 7.104? should
    I try to restore to a previous version? In the backup log, I see V 7.011 as the last version and from V 7.011 it updated directly to V 7.104. Since the update, I no longer 
    receive e mail notifications either. Please help
