Filter MySpace without Proxy

For those that want to filter out MySpace but dont want to have to use proxy to do it... here are the steps:

Under Definitions, create the following Network definitions:

Name: MYSPA
Type: Network
Address: 67.134.143.0
Interface: ANY
Netmask: /24

Name: MYSPA-1
Type: Network
Address: 204.16.32.0
Interface: ANY
Netmask: /22

Name: MYSPA-2
Type: Network
Address: 216.178.32.0
Interface: ANY
Netmask: /20

Name: MYSPA-3
Type: Network
Address: 63.135.80.0
Interface: ANY
Netmask: /20

Then create a network GROUP under definitions and call it All MySpace... then assign those four range definitions.

Create a packet filter rule:

Source: Any source you want to stop from accessing it
Service: any
Destination:  The All MySpace network group you defined
Drop

Put this rule above your rule which allows web surfing.  Enable it.

Down with MYSPACE!
