"Dropping" NETBIOS Port 137 - What Astaro Process is Blocking This?

Using Astaro V7.103 My packet filter log continually shows that internal network packets to internal network on port 137 (NETBIOS) are being "dropped." I created a test filter to "allow" all ports open for internal network to internal network. Even when that filter is enabled, I still see the "dropped" packets. 

Astaro has many features I am learning (this will be a good thing in the long-run but frustrating in the short run). I am trying to figure out which feature/setting is causing these internal NETBIOS packets to be dropped?

    Are they on the broadcast address?

    The "any" definition in Astaro does not include the Network Interface addresses on the Astaro itself... it also does not include the broadcast address.  You would have to define custom packet filters to allow traffic on these interfaces... why you would do that I don't know... I do define this kinds of packet filters with a drop / no logging option so the drops don't fill up my logs on the internal interface (Windows broadcasts will do this all the time).
