Need a bit of help

I switched to astaro security gateway some days ago. It works fine, but there is  one thing i really need some help with.
My oldest son is playing a lot of steam engine based online games - counterstrike call of duty and so on. Also one old game, wolfenstein enemy territory.
I cant get this to work on the firewall, nothing seems to happend. 
Don't really understand how to create the rules for this, so i'm puzzled and really need someone who can help me with a rundown on how to get this working before my son lose all his faith in this new security system.

      - Choose your son's pc as source network
      - Hit the + next to service and enter a name, choose udp as type of definition and 
        enter 27960 as Destination port. Save this definition.
      - save this rule
      - enable this rule

    Please check if a masquerde rule for your son's pc/network exists...
