Forcing Clients through Transparent Proxy.

I have seen a few threads on this, but I just cant get it working.

What I want to do: Force http traffic into transparent proxy, I want everything else (at the moment) to behave like internal was masqued to external.

How I have it set: 
No packet filters that allow http or https
No NAT's for HTTP or HTTPS
Web Security->Http->Global : Enabled for internal network

From my understanding this should work, but doesn't.

What does work:
Create masque for internal->external
Create Packet filter internal->http->All

I'm missing something, but dang it if I can find it.

you have to have a masq for internal to external then you can leave the packet filter closed and turn transparent proxy on and it will work.  I think you aren't leaving the masq installed when youa re trying to use the proxy and that's why it won't work.
