2 x LAN, one is not connecting to WAN

Hey,

i have set up my ASG with a LAN connecting to WAN through masquerading and transparent proxy (192.168.2.0/24).

Now I was asked to implement a WLAN for Laptopusers, so I basically cloned all settings, except its using a different Subnet (192.168.0.0/24) and connections from LAN2 to LAN1 are not allowed.

For some reasons LAN1 still works fine. LAN2 can ping internal interface of Firewall, external Interface of Firewall, but not further. Any suggestions ... I tried forever and now I am completely lost!

    Hey,

    thanks to both of you for the fast reply! I am sorry, but I think I didnt explain my problem properly to you! It is not that I am worried about the ICMPs I can send, this is just set for testing purposes. 
    It is that I do not get Internet access through the firewall into my WLAN. Since I have never done this (having 2 different LAN behind FW) I wonder wether I have to set some special routing entries or it is just a matter of masquerading?

    Right now masquerading is set on both LAN. I have a transparent proxy set, Allowed networks both set!

    Any suggestions would be helpful!

    Please post your Masquerading, ICMP, and PacketFilter settings.

    heyhey,

    while gathering the needed information, I realized a mistake I made in the masquerading setup. I basicly routed WLAN all/all to WLAN instead of WLAN all/all to Internet. [:)]

    Never mind ... problem is solved and I thank you for helping me on the right path!
