allow external ldap connection

Hi,

I'm a beginner with astaro
I'd like to allow an internal address X.X.X.136 to access a LDAP server outside (ldap://openldap.org)

I tried to add rules (with builtin LDAP_UDP and LDAP_TCP) to packet filter but without success

Can you help ?

    We're using LDAP against an Active Directory server (Win2003)... we had to also allow outgoing traffic on "Microsoft-SMB" (TCP/UDP port 445) to get it to work.

    Look at your packetfilter log, you should see if anything's getting dropped.
