Can't ping a web outside the internel network

Hello,

I am using astaro V7 7.003, the proxy mode is standard. I can access any website. But the problem is why i can't ping the web (ping google.com) it gives me "Ping request could not find host google.com. Please check the name and try again", or on the command prompt it gives me that it's cannot find the outside email server.
 I am using for the internel network ,integrated DNS with Active directory. 
Is it a dns problem? I am using HDSL modem on the externel interface of astaro which gives automatic assigned IP.

Could you Please Help..

    What do you have for the DNS settings in Astaro's DNS proxy?

    Sounds like DNS... you also will need to enable ICMP under the Network Security configuration.  I also highly recommend you update to the latest version, 7.101.

    First, thanks a lot for your reply.
    In the dns-> Global, i leave it empty cause i have internel DNS server.
    Regarding DNS forwarders, I added 2 dns servers manually provided by our ISP, And uncheck the (Use forwarders assigned by ISP).
    I have a real IP in the E1 (outside). Also i made a masquerade rule in Nat configuration, And i have enabled ICMP through firewall. 
    I can access the websites but can't ping them, likewise regarding Microsoft outlook, it successfully send but on receiving the following error occurs (Outlook cannot connect to your incoming mail server) or (cannot find the domain.com). If I enable all rules, still nothing works. and if i take connection directly from the HDSL modem everything work fine.

    Also from the command prompt when i tracert the "IP" of google.com , it only trace for first (internel) interface of astaro which is 192.168.0.1, and then all are request time out. 
    P.S. the traceroute is enable on astaro.

    Please post your masquerading and packetfilter rules.

    When you say you've enabled traceroute, was that for both
    from the firewall
    and
    through the firewall
    ?

    Great Thanks for your Help, I upgrade the firmware to version 7.101
    it works normally now.
