Frontpage not connection to server through Astaro

When my notebook is behind the Astaro and try to connect to our webserver (outside) the Astaro I cannot connect to it.  I'm guessing that Frontpage is trying to connect using the Frontpage server extensions and all it does is hang.

Does anyone know how to fix the problem.

I also noticed last night trying to watch a concert on MSN.com that the video constantly buffered, but when I put my notebook outside the Astaro (physically) it ran fine.

    to get it to work with http proxy I had to do the following


    under Web Security then HTTP then Advance

    I added by block of IP's to the Transparent Mode Skiplist

    That fixed that.  I need the HTTP Proxy turned on so that I can use the content filter.

    I'm trying to get Frontpage to work as well.  I added my machine (IP) address to the transparent skip list but I'm still getting blocked.  I thought any entry in this list bypasses ALL filtering (i.e. doesn't use ANY proxy at all and is basically NOT using the firewall).  Not true?  Thanks!

    Same problem here with Transparent Proxy enabled.

    Turn Proxy off - works just fine. With it enabled, take a look at the error that FrontPage gives you. In my case it was the "Content Filter" Page Blocked - showed the site was BlackListed which it is not.

    I tried to add the site to the White List - still no go.

    Maybe the good folks at Astaro can take a look at this for us???
