Packet Filter Rule not works -- ASG 5

Hi All, that´s my first rule in the USR_FORWARD Chain:

LOGACCEPT all -- anywhere 200.155.24.0/24

The question is, some clients can connect normally to destination network (vpn), while other clients can´t connect. I´ve tried many things, (any-to-any; Internal-to-any) and simply the rule doesn´t work to some clients. Monitoring /var/log/packetfilters.log, the packets are accepted normally to both clients. If I exchange the IP beetween these clients, the one who connect normally doesn´t work more, and the other works without problems.

Filtering the Live Log, I ensure that this is the rule that matchs when the clients try to connect the destination network, not another one.

The strangest thing is, a couple of days ago, it´s working finely. Suddently it stoped.
