existing DNS also with DYNDNS - how?

I am trying to set up "Home User" Astaro 7.011 with an existing DNS name mapped to my WAN IP x.x.x.21 and would like to add a DYNDNS to go to x.x.x.22. I have one WAN NIC, with address .21 as default and the additional address of .22 assigned to it as well. LAN default is 192.168.4.x/24 with second IP 192.168.5.2/24 (LAN2) assigned to it

Now, I want my existing DNS name to NAT to LAN 192.168.4.x/24 (default LAN IP) and have DYNDNS name NAT to LAN 192.168.5.x/24 (additional address).
Generally I've tested the NAT and WAN addresses, and all seem to work. From LAN and LAN2, I can get out via .21 and .22 respectively. Incoming NAT from .21 goes to 192.168.4.10

However, when I go to DYNDNS tab under Network > DNS, the "interface" shows no selection. So, how can one do this? How can I assign a dyndns name to the .22 address? (NAT to 192.168.5.10)
