hi all,
we use ASG7 on a DELL Server, all external data flux pass by it, many users have sometimes their IP Bolcked, so they can't access to internet & intranet (even if we use internet explorer or firefox), we can ping with success any other address IP from his computer so the network work;
we haven't DHCP, we use static IP, when the problem occur we have to create a new address IP definition in Astaro Security Gateway for this user, we modify the address in his computer & he can access again to internet & intranet,
we don't use windows firewall in users computer, we use the firewall kaspersky workstation antivirus version 6.
i want to know if ASG7 cos this problem ??????
