Second DSL WAN PPPOE

We have two WAN interfaces, one (WAN1) is a leased line with a full class C net, the other one is a DLS Flatline PPPOE (WAN2) with a dynamic IP address.

We try to route all outgoing HTTP/HTTPS traffic true the DLS PPPOE, Line (WAN2) is configured as an interface and up.

Default gateway is at the (WAN1) interface.

question is, what do i have to do next to bring all HTTP/HTTPS traffic from HTTP Proxy true (WAN2)?

    you can do this if you put the following parameter in both squid.con and squid.conf-default

    tcp_outgoing_address   

    Unfortunatley this works only for fixed IP's. Perhaps its  possible to get an fixed IP for the second Interface.
