Known problems with group of services ?

I have a problem with a firewallrule on 7.x:

1. I create a group of services called netbios_all and put all netbios*.* services in.
2. i create a packet filter rule: any -> netbios_all -> my_wan_interface -> drop
3. i still got messages in livelog: packet form outside -> tcp 135 -> dest my_wan_interface

what i made wrong ?
