irc bot attached to my firewall?

I'm assuming this can't happen, but I need to verify to a third party that an irc bot has not somehow magically attached itself to the firewall.

Is there a process dump or file search or something of the like I can do to verify these things aren't currently running on my box? I'm running a 302 with 7.009.

There is a process list in the webmin... IIRC, it's under 'reporting'.

From the console, you could run 'top' or 'ps'. grepping netstat for IRC ports might be a good idea too.

It's probably more likely that there's an IRC bot on your internal network(s).
