Cannot Delete Services & Rules

I'm relativly new to ASG and am having a problem with deleting rules and services. I'm using the ASG software only version 7.008

Firstly I created a service for the 'magic' option in Skype for which I set a DNAT rule and allowed the service through the packet filter.  I then realised that I had stated TCP only in the service I created (Skype needs UDP & TCP).  So I went to edit the service but found there were now no other options for traffic definition. So I thought "no problem, I'll just delete the service and create a new one.

This is where my problems started.  I was told that the service is still in use in various rules.  So I deleted the DNAT and Packet filter rules and went back to services to delete the service.  This time the interface sat there for a while and eventually came back with "Unable to complete backend request. Please click Shift-Reload in your browser to attempt re-login". This I did but again the box said 'no can do.'

I'm at a loss to see how I can delete this service.  Does anyone have any ideas?

    make the "New" services with another name and TCP/UDP and save. After that change the DNAT rule with the "New" services and save.
    After that delete the services you want, than change name in the "Original name" of TCP/UDP services you made earlier!
    Done....
