QOS help

Hi all
I am a little bit confused about QOS
I have ADSL connection (2 mbps) and I want to limit the bandwidth for some hosts (web surfing) (because they are downloading large files and programs from the internet)
Should I configure the QOS on the internal and external interfaces or just on the external? and how I must configure the traffic selector?

QoS works just fine in both directions, but you need to configure it appropriately to work well.

iteng, please provide some details on what you have setup and why you think it is not working.
