QOS help

Hi all
I am a little bit confused about QOS
I have ADSL connection (2 mbps) and I want to limit the bandwidth for some hosts (web surfing) (because they are downloading large files and programs from the internet)
 Should I configure the QOS on the internal and external interfaces or just on the external? and how I must configure the traffic selector?

    As I understand it, QoS only works on traffic leaving the ASG box, so you would define a selector of Any -> Any -> [group containing the specific hosts] and use that selector in a new bandwidth pool on your LAN interface, with the upper bandwidth limit set to however much you want to give them.
