Static NAT Question

I am trying to setup a Static NAT for my exchange server.  I have it on an internal ip with SSL and DNAT to an external ip.  But when i access it over the internet https:  it doesn't work.  What is wrong?  I have been told that i need to have all communciation show up to and from that external ip address.   

not sure how.

please help.

    what's your version. Just taking a guess turn off the user portal and see if it works.

    I have the same issue. I believe it's a NAT issue as I have all mail going out the IP I use to masquerade my users (x.x.x.198) and not out the external IP for my Exchange server (x.x.x.210). Originally I had a DNAT setup, but after editing to a full NAT, the mail headers show that it was sent from x.x.x.198 instead of x.x.x.210. Any ideas?
