whats with all this colors?

I may be not that clever, but I could not find anything about the colored background some filter rules and nat rules have.
Blue, red green, white...

What is the meaning, and where should I go to read about it?

are you assigning groups to them? The only time I see a background color on my filters/nat rules is when I assign them to a group.

Yes, I have 3 groups to organize them in.
I'll experiment with that, I expect you are right.

Colors are corresponding to groups.
My stupid mistake I hav not seen this myself, now I know this,
the presentation of rules in asg is even better.[:)]
