2 DSL Connections - How Do I Assign Users/PCs to One or the Other?

I have 2 DSL connections with static IP addresses. I would like to specify that certain PCs use one connection while the rest use the other. For example, I would like the general population to use the default gateway while power users use the second DSL connection for all services. I am using 7.004.

Try using a Policy route.
