HTTP and Packet Filtering

Is it possible to use HTTP proxy and packet filtering at the same time.  I figured out how to use one or the other, by I really need the ability to block specific URLs or content.  Any suggestions?  I think I am making this harder than it should be.

    No ... Yes and Yes ...
    You can not use a Packet Filter with Proxy as the Packet filter will bypass the proxy ... However ... If you have say Internal Network using Proxy, then a second LAN sat DMZ or LAN2 can us the Packet filters instead of the Proxy, so for example Users go on Internal Network with Proxy, Servers on a Server LAN use packet filters with Source and Destination controlled by Host/Network Objects ..
