    Hi there, 

    the INBOUND settings are not needed in Astaro, as ASG V7 has an integrated SIP helper, that reads an understands the SIP connections and opens the according RTP ports automatically, if needed.

    for the OUTBOUND you still need to open DNS, HTTP, TFTP and NTP.

    currently there is still a known issue for the SIP connections to bigger sip provider which use RTP loadbalancing. We are working on a solution which should be released in one of the next up2dates.
