IP blocking HTTPS traffic from IE7 only???

Please bear with me on my first post to this form as I am a new Astaro customer as of this past weekend. After many, many issue and pains implementing this solution as my Gateway/firewall solution for my 200 plus customer web hosting business. I have to say I like this solution better than others I have used and tested. 

Sorry, back to the problem. My customers complained about timeouts while visiting websites with https connections “secure SSL” which are hosted behind Astaro on my servers. Turns out from my testing and begging for details from customers other than “it doesn’t work”, that it is only affecting Internet Explorer 7 users. I finally tried turning off IP in Astaro 7.002 and instantly the users could again use these https websites hosted on my servers. Why is this? How do I configure IP to allow these things?

    Drees, okay thanks. I am looking through the IP logs in their raw txt view. 

    I have been adding new records to disable rules, but it is growing quickly. Surely there is something else wrong here?

    Followup to my own issue. I removed all of those rules listed above as they didn't help the IE7 issues although these were listed in the IP logs. The proper rule to fix the issue of IE7 accessing hosted websites is  [8428]
