Intrustion Protection Alert **Problem**

Hey Everyone,

I have a quick questions which I think is an easy fix but I don't know how to fix it!

I receive around 250-300 "Intrustion Protection Alert" emails every day which all generally have the same message:

"Policy GoToMyPc remote control attempt"

Priority: 1 (high)

Packet Not Dropped.


How do I configure the Astaro so that it allows GoToMyPc Access (users in the company access this all the time) without sending me 200 emails a day saying it hasn't dropped the packet?

    You can simply disable this rule. If you have a V6 or earlier, search for the rule in the rules overview. If you have a V7, add the rule ID in "Network Security->Intrusion Protection->Advanced" (Modified rules). The rule ID is displayed as "sid=" in the alert.
