[6.303]no connection to HBCI Online Banking

Hi,

i got the following Problem,
I made a rule that allows an Client to connect on hbci to the Bank of us.
When i try to connect with the client then i get an error from the Software. 
In the Live log this connection is show green?
Any Ideas whats going wrong

    Are you using HTTP Proxy
    If HTTP Proxy is in TRANSPARENT Mode HTTPS traffic does NOT goe via PROXY so you need a Port 443 Pacjet Filter from say INTERNEAL Network to ANY (External)
    Does the BANK try to download ACTIVE X components ? Ours does so you may need to "skip" blocking ACTIVE X in the WEB filters for the BANK URL's ..

    I picked up some ports tat should be open. Just put them in a service and your be set.

    HBCI(Banking)          3000 TCP/UDP
    866        TCP/UDP
    811          TCP/UDP
    516        TCP/UDP

    Thanks for your Help.

    Yesterday i updated the Application and now it works with the proxy fine.
