Spoofing with upstream Proxy

Hi we got to ASG 110 that connect to an ASG320
the first ASG 110 run since Septermber an use the ASG 320 as Upstream proxy

The second is new and when i ther will use the asg 320 as Upstream i get following error.
Can Anybody help me? I dont no what is going wrong

Strict spoofing is activated on all ASG

Version is on all 6.303 

13:30:59 	IP_ASG_110	39923 	-> 	IP_ASG_320 	8080 	TCP 	56 	0 	64 	Spoofing MAC 00:10:f3:08:2f:10:00 -> 90[:D]0:8e:8d:e1:08:00
